Raisa Ratković is a seasoned finance professional with more than 15 years of experience across diverse areas of financial management. Over the course of her career, she has played a pivotal role in transforming and managing key financial functions, including accounting and taxation, treasury and credit risk management, financial planning and controlling, as well as the implementation of IT projects, technological infrastructure, procurement, and asset management.

Sanela Karić is a lawyer with over 20 years of experience in numerous areas of law, specializing in corporate affairs, mergers and acquisitions, human resources, commercial contracting, and representation of domestic and foreign clients in court proceedings. Also, she is experienced in advising foreign investors regarding the legal and economic risks of investing. In addition to her legal career, Sanela Karić is a proud member of the supervisory board of a multinational company from Great Britain.
She earned her law degree in Sarajevo, and she built her career in a lawyer’s and notary’s office, and in the economy, through five years of leading 5,000 employees as the executive director for legal affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s largest diversified industrial corporation with operations in the EU. She has participated in numerous seminars and training sessions in various fields of law and is currently a member of the legal and tax advisory body, AmCham, in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

PhD in Digital Globalization with expertise in digital transformation across corporations in the Western Balkans. He previously held senior management roles at Microsoft and today serves as Adviser for Business Transformation and Global Markets at LANACO, the largest privately-owned ICT company in Bosnia and Herzegovina. He is also co-founder and strategist of several start-ups registered in the US and UK, and lectures at universities throughout the Western Balkans.
He has published three books and numerous scientific papers on globalization and digitalization, and has spoken at conferences in the Western Balkans region, the UK, the USA, Canada, and Germany. In public service, he was Chief of Staff to the Vice President of the first democratically elected Government in the Republic of Serbia. In addition, Lessie plays a vital role in working with the U.S. government on initiatives aimed at bolstering cybersecurity infrastructure in developing countries. This collaboration is part of a larger objective to create a more secure digital environment worldwide.
Throughout her varied career, Lessie has consistently focused on promoting cyber security and fostering growth in the industry. Before joining CRI, Lessie held positions at Nisos, a cybersecurity start-up, and an early-stage venture capital firm, amassing considerable experience in the tech and cybersecurity landscape.

Kaja Ciglić is the Senior Director of Cybersecurity Policy and Diplomacy at Microsoft, where she leads global efforts to shape cybersecurity policy and advance digital diplomacy. Her work spans developing and advocating for policies that strengthen digital resilience, promote responsible state behavior, and address emerging threats such as ransomware and AI security. He specializes in data recovery and security technologies and is the founder of InfoLAB, the first professional data recovery company in this part of Europe.
